Air separation equipment is a device that uses air as a raw material to produce industrial gases such as oxygen, nitrogen and argon. According to the different boiling points of different gases in the air, this equipment uses liquefied rectification method to separate different components in the air. It is generally composed of several basic systems of compression, purification, refrigeration and rectification.

Large and medium air separation unit
The large and medium air separation plants designed and produced by us apply latest technologies like ordinary-temperature sieve sorption purification, booster turbine expansion, regular packing column, argon extraction with complete rectification, and distributed control system (DCS).
Main features
The application of activated alumina-molecular sieve double-decker structure to air purification system prolongs the durability of molecular sieve.
Regular packing is applied for the upper column, thus the operating pressure of the upper/lower tower is reduced, and the product extraction yield is increased while the dissipation of energy is decreased.
Complete rectification technology is used for argon manufacture system. Reliable devices reduce the investment outlay and the running cost.
