空气分离设备是使用空气为原料制取氧、氮和氩等工业气体的装置。本设备根据空气中不同气体的沸点不同,采用液化精馏法将空气中不同组分分离开来。一般由压缩、纯化、制冷和精馏几个基本系统组成。
大中型空分设备 Large and medium air separation unit
我公司设计和制造的大中型空分设备采用常温分子筛吸附纯化,增压透平膨胀制冷,规整填料上塔、全精馏提氩、DCS集散中央控制系统等最新技术,是全低压、节能型空气分离装置。
The large and medium air separation plants designed and produced by us apply latest technologies like ordinary-temperature sieve sorption purification, booster turbine expansion, regular packing column, argon extraction with complete rectification, and distributed control system (DCS).
主要技术特点 Main features
空气纯化系统采用活性氧化铝—分子筛双层床结构,延长分子筛的使用有寿命。
The application of activated alumina-molecular sieve double-decker structure to air purification system prolongs the durability of molecular sieve.
分馏塔上塔采用填料塔,降低上、下塔操作压力,从而增大产品提取率,降低能耗。
Regular packing is applied for the upper column, thus the operating pressure of the upper/lower tower is reduced, and the product extraction yield is increased while the dissipation of energy is decreased.
制氩系统采用全精馏技术,装置安全性好,节省投资和运行费用。
Complete rectification technology is used for argon manufacture system. Reliable devices reduce the investment outlay and the running cost.
