■ Medium-to-large-Type Air Separation Plant

Our medium-to-large-Type Air Separation Plant adopts the Booster-Turbo Expander, molecular sieve adsorption at ambient temperature, Distribute Control System, complete rectify and hydrogen free Ar distill flow,. It can produce Oxygen, Nitrogen and Argon with high purity. Compare with the small-type Air Separation Plant, the medium-to-large-type plant has lower power consumption and easier operation. It can be used in the large-type Oxygen Station, Metal Smelting, Chemical Manufacture, Electric Industrial and so on.

The O2 capacity range can be from 1000NM3/h to 16000NM3/h. We can design the equipment according to user’s requirement.

■ The Small Air Separation Plant

The small air separation plant adopts the low-pressure process based on normal temperature purification by molecular sieve; turbo-expander and PLC control system. Its' power consumption is half of the traditional small mid-pressure air separation plant. And it is safer and easier to operate.

■Our main products include the capacity from 100m3 /h to 20000m3 /h oxygen. In order to meet client's special requirements and different usages we have ability to design and manufacture air separation plants according to client's practical requirements.
