The adsorption capacity of O2 and N2 in molecule sieve is different at different temperature. The PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) system uses this principle to produce O2 and N2 by changing the pressure in the vessel. Because the PSA system is working under the normal temperature, it has the features of lower power consumption, lower investment and fast startup (start in 30 min). The purity of O2 range can be from 90% to 93%, the purity of N2 range can be from 99.5% to 99.9%. It can be used in the Metal Smelting, Chemical Manufacture areas that with lower purity requirement.
